RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns.  We want you to love your experience, if there is a problem with your order, or you don’t love your candle, please get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES

If a mistake was made on the order or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email info@rwcandles.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you.
